Weeks 1-7: The Basics

Weeks 8 - 10: Your New Lifestyle

Maintenance Period! (6 Months)
The second half of the program will be completely tailored to the group’s needs. Every couple of weeks you’ll get together with your group to keep up accountability and check in. We’ll reinforce your lifestyle changes and keep you on the path to reaching your wellness goals.

The groups are capped at 25 so everyone has a chance to get to know each other and has access to the Lifestyle Coach
The show must go on and we will not allow the pandemic to stop us from helping you. Therefore, we have switched to an online platform to keep us all safe and healthy. This will allow individuals to meet up via a video and audio conferencing platform from the comfort of their home (jammies and slippers are welcome attire). Requirements would be:
